Mind Body Power Rule #1:
I open my mind to the possibility for change, for I am body, mind, and spirit.
Life is energy – I know I am energy. The life I live in my body is an energy experience. From this base point, we turn to master two further energy concepts, each of which helps us create an effective mind body practice.
Energy Truth: Energy follows thought.
Energy Truth: Wholeness is in the Present Moment.
Mind Body Power Rule #2:
I am an energy center from which I create my world.
The Energy Concepts that are the Heart of Mind Body Power
Energy Truth: Energy follows thought.
Significant to working with energy is the understanding of the energy truth that energy follows thought. Too often we experience this truth through the quagmire we create when we allow thought to work against us. There is not one of us alive who has not been stressed or worried and seen how we feel and think make our stresses and worries magnify. How do we change this? We learn how to turn it around. Mind body power gives us this tool. This tool that holds power is the power of your thoughts.
Think positive. You cannot get rid of any negative through burying it down deep within you. It is important to recognize this. Any thought or emotion you bury remains a hot button, an experience just waiting to resurface with all its terrible trouble. What then do you do? You change the strength of the negative.
How? It’s simple, not hard. Find your positive alternative and go there. Go there repeatedly. Focus upon that which you want to live, to see strong in your life. We all have these desires to be the best we can, so bring them forward. The beauty is: as you strengthen your positive, your negative weakens, fades into the background. Your negative can leave your life. You just have to let it. Yes, this does take practice. Yet, the end result is the one you are seeking, the one you want. You will feel good.
Life becomes beautiful, when we see the beauty in it. There are so many conditions on earth wherein we see pain, yet are not these pains alleviated when we look instead through the surface to an underlying beauty? I think so often of the lady with whom I spent time in healing, who was dying of cancer. She told me repeatedly that she was glad she had suffered this disease, for in having it, she had learned more of the spiritual value of life than she ever would. No matter how frail she became, she lived her life to the fullest. Change does not always mean a perfect physical body. Change means being in touch with spirit.
What is matter? Matter is nothing but an energy substance through which you live. Thoughts are strong, you say, and the answer to this is yes. For thoughts to work for us we use a positive. This is an energy truth, a power we have. It is the power that allows us to work with and change the matter through which we live. Through which we live. That framework is significant. Remember, I am not the body. I am not the mind. I am the one who has the body, has the mind. I am an energy center, around which, through which, I create my life.
I have seen incredible changes in people’s lives as they begin to put these mind body principles into concrete practice. As a body, you are active creative particles of life and these active creative particles are impacted by you. I cannot tell you this enough. Let repetition do its job: drive this knowing deep within your consciousness – again and again and again. By and through our beautiful divine design, we are incredible beings, a life-form wherein it simply is impossible to separate the physical from the mental and the spiritual. We are spirit living in the flesh. This is our power, our gift and our hope.
Can the body of tomorrow be different? The answer is yes.
Coming to understand and to have faith in the fact that the body is living spirit is the heart of the mind body modality. To affect the change we want, we must believe in our ability to reach within to the god-seed that we are to alter the matter in which we live. This faith gives us our possibility. This faith does not require acceptance of religious dogma. This faith only asks us to believe in our underlying spirit. Spirit is our source, in spirit we live, and in spirit is our opportunity for healing. As we believe in our hearts, so we are.
There is a basic law within esoteric healing that states that all dis-ease is the result of the inhibited life of the soul. The art of healing comes in releasing the soul so that the essence therein may pour through the matter which is our flesh. Surrendering into the spirit that is our soul, we find our way to co-create our experience in life.
